Moldex3D India hosts biweekly webinars to teach users how to use Moldex3D Studio 2020 and 2021. Our E-learning for India is divided into four topics: pre-processing, processing, post-processing (filling and packing), and post-processing (cooling and warpage). In each session, our expert will introduce the basics of the software, then provide a step-by-step live demo. Pre-Process

In Pre-Processing, we will showcase how to build a simulation model using two kinds of meshing tools: eDesign mesh and solid mesh (BLM). While the former provides a quick and easy way to build a simulation model, the latter features a more complex but flexible method with which users can control node seeding and therefore generate a more complicated project. Also will be introduced are several tools such as Merge & Move node, Stitch, and Fill hole to help fix broken mesh areas, making pre-processing in Moldex3D simple and quick. 【Learn More】

In Processing, we will show how to set the correct process parameters using the Moldex3D Process Wizard to prepare for a realistic simulation. Post-Process – Cooling, Warpage

As cooling cycle sometimes accounts for as much as 80% of the production time, it is important to understand and improve the material behaviour in the cooling stage in order to reasonably shorten it. Also crucial is the warp analysis, which may greatly help produce products that meet the specification and function well at the same time. In Post-Processing – Cooling & Warpage, we will show how to interpret the simulation results with the aim of optimizing product designs.
