In CAE, the first and most important thing is MESH, Moldex3D have 2 Types of mesh which are eDesign mesh & Solid mesh (BLM), eDesign has a limited control to generate surface & solid mesh and the mesh used in eDesign is Foxel Mesh but in Solid mesh (BLM) there are multi-tools & limitless option which can help user to generate surface & surface mesh by controlling node seeding along the part and runner & user can also control layers (1-5) by controlling the parameter of the part & runner in Solid mesh (BLM), Moldex3D have fix mesh wizard tools such as Merge & Move node, Stitch, Fill hole and many more to solve the broken mesh area such as Aspect ratio, Free edges, Overlap elements, Etc.
