- Deformation is one of the most common problems in the plastic injection process. While its true nature is well-acknowledged by plastic experts, an all-around solution for it is yet to be discovered.
- In this study, a simulation tool was applied to an engine air conveyor in PA66 GF30. The simulation results were further compared to the reality. With good agreement, later on a solution was proposed based on simulation results in order to achieve a qualified part.
