This webinar introduces a joint study by AirGo and Moldex3D on achieving accurate yet faster CAE simulation for injection-moulded fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (FRT) composites. The session highlights the major challenges encountered in the design of heavy-duty FRT components and explains how the seamless integration between ATLAS-AI, AirGo’s AI-assisted CAE platform, and Moldex3D’s Boundary Layer Mesh (BLM) technology helps overcome these limitations.
Two real-world application cases— a carbon-composite aircraft armrest and a reinforced pole extender—will be presented to demonstrate how the combined workflow enhances fiber orientation prediction, improves structural simulation accuracy, and significantly reduces computation time.
