The Circle of Knowledge is a program focused on the “cause and effect” of injection molding. Our aim is to help develop synergistic teams of cross-trained professionals who can successfully design and mold plastic components. Through our unique focused learning approach and our program’s multimedia format we engage students in the learning process. Using the latest Moldex3D simulation software allows us to show real-world cause-and-effect scenarios and reinforce the training topics.
Because of the program’s multi-level approach, Kruse Training is a valuable tool for a wide array of professionals, from entry-level to experienced engineers. Kruse is designed for part and mold designers, mold makers, and molders – basically everyone in the injection molding industry. Kruse Training is positioned to ride the wave of Industry 4.0 with learning 4.0 innovation alongside the leaders from broad range of industry disciplines.
What you will learn:
- How the focused learning approach to training can increase knowledge across disciplines in the injection molding industry.
- How changing different variables in part design, mold design or processing affect outcomes.
- Featured lesson: evaluate various boss designs to determine the optimal design strategy, what risks are involved with incorporating boss designs into molded parts, and how to evaluate different boss designs in relation to filling behaviors, cooling temperatures, volumetric shrinkages, and sink marks.
