How to Predict and Eliminate Weld Line and Air Trap using Moldex3D 2020
Weld lines usually occur in the area where two melt fronts meet and cause further problem of structural defects. Air traps occur in areas that are lack of required vents and lead to incomplete filling and even can cause burn marks.
