Virtual Presentation Guidelines

In order to provide all participants with the best experience. The meeting will be held in a fully pre-recorded format. We kindly ask all presenters to submit your recording ahead of the submission deadline. This will allow our team to make relevant editing arrangements. Detailed information about the exact time of your session and the platform of the live stream will be announced soon.

Pre-recording & Submit Your Presentation

  • Video Length: 20-30 mins
  • Video Language: English
  • Video Type: MP4 (The resolution of the video should be of high definition)
  • Recommend Presentation Ratio: 16:9

About the recording method, we recommend that you use Loom software to record video. Loom is a free software. With Loom, you can record your screen, voice, and face to create an instantly shareable video in less time.

Step1. Download loom and sign up for Loom.
Step2. Start recording and choose “Screen & Cam”, then “Start Recording”

Step3. After finish recording, please copy link and write to Jessica: jessicahuang@moldex3d.com

If you want to use your usual recording software, it is also acceptable, but please make sure that this recording contains both your presentation and your face. When you are done recording, playback the video for review. If you are satisfied with the recording, you can click below the “SUBMIT” button for file uploading.
