Result Interpretation in Moldex3D: Cooling & Warpage
As cooling cycle sometimes accounts for as much as 80% of the production time, it is important to understand and improve the material behaviour in the cooling stage in order to reasonably shorten it. Also crucial is the warp analysis, which may greatly help produce products that meet the specification and function well at the same time.
