Digital Twins can be very useful in any environment. In the highly regulated world of the Medical industry things are now developing, and Sartorius are pushing the boundaries of what is possible – both in reality, with new product innovations, but also with Process Simulations. We are seeing that the software available is much more capable than previously, and with the addition of new modules, this is increasing all the time. We have identified the benefits of using Moldex3D to help our development lifecycle into industrialised production, but there are still some differences between reality and the simulation results. This session discusses these differences and how we can look to resolve them, reduce inaccuracies and generate simulation results with ever increasing accuracy in preparation for future developments.
