ค่าแรงดันที่อยู่ภายในในชิ้นงานสามารถอ่านค่าได้จากทางเข้าของพลาสติกหลอมเหลว (Melt Entrance) เพราะว่าหลังจากที่พลาสติกหลอมเลวเริ่มข้าสู่ชิ้นงานนั้นจะเกิดข้อจำกัดต่างๆในการไหลของวัสดุทำให้ต้องใช้แรงดันมากขึ้นในการนำพลาสติกหลอมเหลวเข้าสู่ตัวชิ้นงานโดยค่าแรงดันนั้นสามารถอ่านค่าได้ถึงจุดเปลี่ยน v/p switch over เพราะว่าหลังจากจุดเปลี่ยนนี้ชิ้นงานจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการ Packing ค่าแรงดันในแบบจำลองการผลิตกับการผลิตจริงนั้นอาจจะมีความคลาดเคลื่อนบ้างเนื่องจากจุดเปลี่ยน v/p switch over และ บริเวณ Feed zone ในกระบวนการนั้นๆ

Resolving Pressure Prediction Discrepancy in Simulation

Sprue pressure can be read from melt entrance until the VP-switch, right before the process changes to packing stage. After the melt enters the cavity, various things will cause flow restriction and then, the pressure requirement will increase gradually.
