Moldex3D will debut at this year’s JEC in order to show of the new modules and how the software can be used in the Composites Industry.

Moldex3D provides the most complete simulation package for the automotive composite design and manufacturing.

Moldex3D

Moldex3D simulates a wide range of composite manufacturing processes, including injection molding, compression molding and resin transfer molding (RTM). Its high-speed 3D meshing/solving capabilities deliver the most accurate prediction to validate the tooling and process design.  In-house testing facilities measure the flow properties of materials including long-fiber pellets, GMT/SMC and prepreg/fabrics.  Moldex3D also predicts potential manufacturing problems, e.g. trapped air or over-curing to benefit the product quality.
