Moldex3D/Shell-Pack simulates the packing/holding process to evaluate the melt behaviors after the end of filling. With complete analysis results, it helps users to determine ideal gate size, efficient packing time, proper packing pressure profile, etc.

Using Moldex3D/Shell-Pack, you can investigate all factors in packing process from material choice, gate design, and processing conditions to minimize the area of high volumetric shrinkage that will cause warpage problem.
