Moldex3D/Shell-I2 is a series
of interface modules to integrate Moldex3D/Shell and other
general-purpose structural analysis software, such as ABAQUS,
ANSYS, MSC.Nastran...etc.
Moldex3D/Shell-I2 helps
users to introduce the process-induced properties, such as
fiber orientation, into the above-mentioned software for optimizing
part structure design with the real material properties. It
can directly translate the mesh and material properties into
the necessary formats for structural CAE software. For those
analyses requiring different mesh number, mesh density distribution
and mesh types (such as high-order hexagonal mesh model),
Moldex3D/Shell-I2 provides advanced mapping functions to map
the necessary information onto the dedicated mesh model for
structural analyses.
